In 2020, the Swedish part, NS Norisol Sverige AB, was bought by Mimir Invest and the company changed its name to Thermion AB. With this, the first step was taken to become the largest and best Swedish insulation company.

We are now taking a further step towards that vision through a large number of new recruitments. The main focus is on industrial insulation and reinforcement in the northern parts of the country, where a local presence is required to serve our existing and new customers in all planned and ongoing investments. Thermion is now strongly equipped for all types of industrial insulation as well as HVAC insulation from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south. We have a combined experience that is hard to beat and we all have a "burning" interest in energy saving measures.

Management

To strengthen the company's management, we welcome new CFO Lars Öberg and new Purchasing Manager Robert Nordin to Thermion, both with broad experience in their respective areas.

Kiruna

A brand new department with two civil servants and five permanent labourers has just opened its doors. In total, the department already employs up to 30 fitters through the use of subcontractors. At the time of writing, we are literally aiming high and planning the implementation of an exciting project at the Kebnekaise base station.

Örnsköldsvik

The existing department will be further strengthened with four officials and ten collectors.

Kjell-Gunnar's team focuses on HVAC, Keijo works with related industry including wall elements and sheet metal cladding of buildings. Kent and Linus work both locally and nationwide.

Sundsvall

Like Kiruna, this is a new department within Thermion. In pleasant premises with several newly purchased machines, we have now opened up operations with one employee and ten labourers. All are already fully employed and have a very bright future.

Örebro

The Örebro department is strengthened with another person from Värmland and the opportunity to serve more customers in the region increases. Rolf has extensive experience in technical insulation and also great expertise in the insulation of accumulator tanks and cisterns.

Stenungssund

It certainly wasn't greener grass on the other side!

After a detour to another insulation company, Daniel quickly made the judgement that it was both more fun and easier to work service-oriented towards customers in the name of Thermion. Daniel is just as confident in industry as HVAC.

Gothenburg / Project group

Four new employees joined the familiar office in Gothenburg. After some rearranging and clearing, everyone was accommodated.
The Gothenburg department will be supported by Risto as acting head of department and Christoffer as project manager.

The project team, which works across the country on industrial projects, is also based in the Gothenburg office.
