That's why we offer wellness allowances, regular health checks and personalised advice through the occupational health service. We have zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs and offer support when needed.<\/p>\n<h4>Health &amp; safety at work<\/h4>\n<p>A safe working environment is the foundation for quality in everything we do. Our employees work in environments that set high standards - that's why we carry out continuous safety inspections, risk assessments and checks on machinery and equipment. We always comply with laws and regulations and work preventively to create safe workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>We also care about the social working environment: respect, balance and co-operation are obvious building blocks in our daily work.<\/p>\n<h4>Environment &amp; Sustainability<\/h4>\n<p>We take responsibility for our environmental impact and are constantly looking for new ways to improve and rationalise. Our technical insulation contributes directly to reduced energy consumption and a lower carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<h4>How we work<\/h4>\n<p>All our HSE work is gathered in Doccit, our digital platform for procedures, training, incident reporting and risk assessments.
